Ok each time I have a service done there is a problem !!! I have waited since Feb for parts for my 2017yukon denali !! My engine light is still on !! I pay 1028.00 a month I should be able to remote start my vehicle AND I CAN NOT!!! Plus who drives their car with the engine light on this long ??? Then my tire was changed an my tools were not put back!! Then my tire was changed and the lug nuts was left off !!! Then it took forever to get a new tire an I had a trip planned and had to purchase a tire from Texas Tire so I didn't drive to gainsville with my spare tire on !! Oh did I mention that the almost 300 for the tire I was not suppose to pay out of pocket !!! Because I bought the tire package with my Suv where my tires were suppose to be replaced free!!! Then when I tried to use the package else where Niko called it in an the Vin number yall reported does not match my Suv so they would not honor it!! Then I had a tire changed and they kept my cap to my rim so I had to come back an get my cap !!! Then my tires don't match so the Suv rides rough!! I'm so disappointed!!!! I want Pattersons back!!! 😫 I'm so appreciative of HENRY!! DURING our snow we had because they kept my tire tools an roadside service came to cityview but I didn't have the tools he came and brought one so they could lower my spare!!! Did I mention that man almost slipped an fell but he came to our rescue!!! Bought several vehicles with him BUT what am I to think about all this!! Jessica has apologized multiple times. !!!! You asked what I thought!! Plzz fix my SUV I HATE HOW THIS HAS BEEN GOING!!! I WOULD LIKE A LIST OF THE PARTS I NEED SO I CAN SHOP AROUND AN GET THEM. Oh waite its covered under my warranty !! I FEEL LIKE IM THE WICKED STEP CHILD!!!! DEBBIE KUHN LVN/MCP
